Omakase, which translates to "I'll leave it up to you," is a unique dining experience that embodies the essence of Japanese cuisine. By choosing omakase, you entrust your meal to the sushi chef, or itamae, who will skillfully select the ingredients and presentations to create an unforgettable tasting menu based on his expertise and creativity.
We offer a 12-course omakase tasting menu priced between $185 and $225 per person. This experience begins with soup, appetizers, and a couple of small plate specials, leading to our nigiri-based omakase featuring a progression of light to heavier fish and flavors.
Please note that our menu regularly includes luxurious items such as wagyu, uni, sweet shrimp, clams, scallop, and foie gras.
Our omakase course features the finest seasonal sushi and sashimi, much of which is sourced from the renowned Toyosu Market, celebrated as one of the best places for the freshest seafood in Japan.
Reservations for our omakase are available on RESY. Please follow the guidelines below when making your reservations:
- Omakase is offered during dinner service from 4:30 PM to 8:15 PM and is not available after 8:15 PM.
- When reserving, please specify your request for omakase in the notes along with the number of guests (e.g., Omakase for 2/Omakase x2). Without prior communication regarding this preference, we cannot guarantee omakase.
- Arriving late may result in the inability to guarantee omakase, as we are often fully booked and must be respectful of all guests' time.
- The experience for two guests typically lasts about two hours, with an additional 30 minutes for each extra guest.
- We offer two seating options: Handroll Bar or Table. The difference is that at the Handroll Bar, the sushi chefs preparing your meal will serve you, whereas at a table, our knowledgeable servers will attend to you.
Please be aware that we cannot accommodate dietary restrictions, including those for vegetarian guests, guests with shellfish allergies, soy allergies, or those who do not wish to consume rice or wasabi. We also cannot fulfill requests to omit certain fish for personal preferences, nor can we cook fish or shellfish intended to be eaten raw. If a guest prefers not to eat a particular dish for any reason, including dietary restrictions or personal choice, they may simply request to be skipped for that course; however, the price of the meal will remain unchanged.
If any of these stipulations conflict with your dietary needs, we encourage you to order à la carte.
